1) It is compulsory for every student to attend all examinations except for genuine reasons of health. Parents should see that their children do not escape any examination. Students who are not able to be present for any examination due to unavoidable reasons will he obliged to forgot the particular examination, since the school does not make any provision for holding re-examinations. Student who fails to take two or more examinations will not be promoted to the next higher class.
2) Proper disciplinary action will be taken if any student is found using unfair means in the examination or found tampering with the marks in the Progress Report Card. Any student using unfair means in the examination will be given zero mark in the paper.
3) After every test a Progress Report will be given to the parents, which they are obliged to sign and return to the class teachers within three days of the date of issue.
4) All students are expected to come to the school daily in the freshly washed and pressed uniforms with clean socks, well polished shoes. Defaulter will be sent out of the school
5) All articles of uniform, books, tiffins, containers and water bottles should be clearly marked with the student's name and class. Books are to be covered with brown paper.
6) A student who is absent without leave for more than seven days will have his/her name struck off from the rolls.
7) If a student is absent due to illness, a medical certificate from Military/Govt.Hospital should be submitted along with an application for leave All applications for leave must be submitted in the Principal's Office through class teacher.
8) Children will not be allowed to leave the school early without the written permission from the Principal.
9) Habitual idleness, irregular attendance, indiscipline or improper conduct is sufficient reason for the expulsion of a student.
10) Students should maintain proper discipline and silence when they gather for the assembly, go in and out of class rooms etc. While moving they will move inlines without making any noise. School Captain, Vice Captain, prefects and class monitors will be responsible for the proper discipline of students.
11) Parents have an important role in developing the personality and character of their wards and their full co-operation is solicited is to achieve better standard in the school.
12) Parents are requested to make necessary arrangements to collect their wards immediately after the school hours. The school will not be responsible for their safety after the school.
13) Students having any contagious diseases should not be allowed to come to the school.
14) Strict disciplinary action will he taken against the students who leave the school during working hours without the written permission of the Principal.
15) Parents are to go through the diary of their wards daily.
16) Students found doing bunk from classes will be expelled without notice.
No student shall indulge in any of the following practices:-
(i) Spitting in or near the school building.
(ii) Disfiguring or otherwise damaging any school property.
(iii) Smoking.
(iv) Any form of gambling.
(v) Use Of drugs or intoxicants.
(vi) Rowdyism and rude behavior.
(vii) Use of violence in any for.
(viii) Casteism, communalism or practice of untouchability.
(ix) Use of mobile and electronic gadgets.
(x) Wearing jewelry, costly watches, applying mehndi or nail paints.
